To ensure high-quality results, please follow these essential guidelines for file preparation:
- Color Format: Use CMYK only.
- File Format: Submit files as PDF (Press quality, single page only).
- Resolution: Ensure a minimum of 150 DPI at 1:1 scale.
- Bleed and Safety Distance:
- Add 0.4 inches of bleed on all edges for 10mm keder (SEGO & QSEG graphics).
- Add 0.6 inches of bleed on all edges for 14mm keder.
- Keep important design elements and text at least 2 inches away from the edge.
- Fonts and Images: Convert all fonts to outlines. Embed all images (do not link).
- Optimized Black: For rich black, use C:75 M:75 Y:75 K:100.
Our PMS Color Matching service ensures accurate reproduction of Pantone colors (PMS) using CMYK ink combinations for color-sensitive projects. While we don’t print Pantone colors directly, we strive to match them as closely as possible to your selected material.
Please note that this service extends the turnaround time due to the creation, shipping, and approval of the hard proof.
The lead times published on the website apply to orders up to 500 square feet of printing or 20 items. Cutoff time is 2PM ET. This timeline begins once all required materials and proofs (digital or physical) are submitted and approved. Orders exceeding this volume may require additional production time, which will be communicated upon reviewing the project details. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may also extend the timeline. An estimated delivery date will be provided once all requirements are met.
Hardware-only orders placed by 2 PM ET ship the same day.
You may request a shipping upgrade or change of delivery address before your order enters the “Packing” stage. To make changes, please contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll confirm whether the update is still possible and adjust the order accordingly. Important: Any upgrade or rerouting may result in additional shipping charges.
We offer standard and express shipping via UPS, FedEx or LTL service based on your order volume and destination. All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please inspect items upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours.
We accept major credit cards, and bank transfers. For custom orders, a 100% deposit is required before production begins.
We offer artwork design and prepress services. We also offer color match service to ensure color accuracy if requested.
